My First Steps in Business and Financial Management
I was only 16 years old when I took on a challenge that would permanently shape my vision of the business world: working as an administrator and treasurer in the mining industry. It was an intense and empirical learning experience that exposed me early to areas many professionals only encounter years later, including:

- Decision-making with real impact on people and organizations
During those years, I discovered something that would later define my career: a natural vocation for management, leadership, and financial structure.

Two years later, I moved to Medellín with a clear intention: to grow, learn, and build a professional path with purpose.
There, I worked across multiple industries, including:
